1. Why a 'paraben-free' product without petroleum derivatives?

   There are several reasons to prefer products with ingredients of natural origin without petroleum derivatives:

   • Health: Natural ingredients tend to be less irritating and less harmful to skin and hair than those based on petroleum derivatives. They may be more suitable for people with sensitive skin or skin conditions.
   • Environment: The use of natural ingredients reduces environmental impact as they often require fewer resources to be produced and are biodegradable. Furthermore, avoiding petroleum derivatives helps reduce the extraction and use of fossil fuels.
   • Ethics: Some people choose natural products for ethical reasons, preferring not to support industries linked to fossil fuels or environmentally harmful practices.
   • Quality: natural ingredients can provide benefits for skin and hair in a more natural and effective way.
   • Allergies: Natural ingredients tend to be less likely to cause allergic reactions or irritation, making them a better choice for those with more sensitive and delicate skin.

2. Are the products safe?

   The products are certified by external laboratories, which perform specific tests on the product to affirm its safety and stability over time. Furthermore, nickel tests and bacteriological tests are carried out at the end of each production batch.

3. Are the products hypoallergenic?

   The products are hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested by certified laboratories, which certify that they are unlikely to create irritation.  Because of their natural ingredient base, we always suggest to read the INCI carefully and check for allergies before using the products.

4. What is the expiration date and PAO?

   The expiration date is 3 years and the PAO is 6 months. The term PAO 'Period after Opening' indicates the period of use after opening. The PAO symbol is represented by an open can with a number. The number refers to the number of months the product can be used after opening. As with the expiration date, the PAO also shows a time period to be observed, but if the cosmetic does not change in its form and smell even a few weeks after the PAO has expired, it can be used without any problems.

6. Are the products legally registered and ready for sale?

   Underdogs regularly notifies all products at the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP), the European registration portal for all cosmetic products offered for sale within the European Union, in order to deliver a ready-to-sell product to the customer.

7. Where can I find the products?

   Underdogs products are only available in partner studios. They are not available in other commercial channels such as pharmacies, supermarkets or online.

8. How and where to store the products?

   The products should be kept in a temperature-controlled environment of around 20 degrees, away from sunlight and heat sources.
